Mondeco ESD TZ

A high-performance antistatic polyurethane terrazzo floor finish. Beautiful and hard-wearing, this decorative seamless terrazzo system is also resistant to high temperatures of up to 120°C! Mondeco ESD TZ has extensive and flexible design properties to deliver the wow-factor underfoot. It is suitable for steam cleaning and offer excellent all-round chemical resistance. Meeting EN IEC 61340 anti-static requirements, Mondeco ESD TZ also contains a silver ion antimicrobial additive proven to inhibit the growth of most types of harmful bacteria. Installed at 8 mm nominal thickness, it’s also a type of terrazzo system that is easy to specify and install.

Mondeco ESD TZ is not colour fast and may change colour over time (exhibits a yellowing effect). Colour change depends on the UV light and heat levels present and hence the rate of change cannot be predicted. This is more noticeable in light colours and blues, but does not compromise the product’s flexibility or chemical resistance. Intensively coloured products (e.g. hair colourants, medical disinfectants etc.) and plasticizer migration (e.g. from rubber tyres) can lead to irreversible discolouration in the surface.
