Car Park Floors

A range of quartz-polyurethane car park flooring systems designed to protect concrete slabs of newly build car parks, as well as for use during renovation of old, damaged surfaces.

Deckshield floors withstand all mechanical loads and chemical spillages that are typical for car park enviroments: vibrations generated by vehicle traffic, surface abrasion, contact with chemical compounds contained in de-icing salts, fuels and other car fluids or atmospheric conditions on open storeys.

Deckshield floors are watertight, provide protection against moisture, which prevents the structure against corrosion. They have high wear and abrasion resistance and a rough texture that minimizes the risk of slipping. These are flexible systems with the ability to bridge the cracks appearing in the concrete substrate.

The thickness of the coating, depending on the application, is from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm. Deckshield system can be subjected to dynamic mechanical loads as well as cyclical thermal loads.

Deckshield’s durability goes together with aesthetics. Our car park flooring systems are available in 6 standard colours which helps marking parking bays or pedestrian pathways and enhance visual appearance of a car park.

We offer the following car park flooring systems:

Deckshield ID – a quartz-polyurethane floor which provides protection for intermediate decks of multi-storey car parks

Deckshield ID HD – a quartz-polyurethane floor  that protects intermediate decks of multi-storey car parks subject to heavy duty traffic such as ramps, entrances, exits, loading bays; has a very high slip resistance

Decksield ED – a quartz-polyurethane floor that provides protection for exposed decks of external car parks; it contains an elastomeric membrane and anti-UV topcoat

Deckshield ED HD – a quartz-polyurethane floor that provides protection for exposed decks of external car parks subject to heavy duty traffic; it contains an elastomeric membrane, anti-UV topcoat and has very high slip resistance

Deckshield Linemarker QD – a single component polyurethane resin with high abrasion resistance used for car park demarcation: lines, markings, parking bays and pedestrian pathways.
